First Day of practice is Tuesday, March 17th, 4:30 to 5:45.
Practices are held Mondays and Wednesday for all age groups.
Proper training attire is essential to what we do each day at practice and track meets. Please insure that your child has a pair of cushioned running shoes and proper warm up gear like hoodies, sweat pants, leggings, etc. Track spikes are optional but recommended for advanced athletes.
